DRAGON MASTER – CRIMSON THUNDER

Certain humans want long life, superpowers, and strength like shifters. Certain shifters want the freedom to live openly, out of the shadows, and live more like humans. They formed a coalition and plot a bold, deadly course to share blood and secrets to unify all species. Unfortunately for them, the Creator never meant for the two species to know of each other let alone to mix. To fix the problem, two Ancients, Dark Thunder and Lightress returned, with a mandate and specific time frame to clean house or deal with the consequences.

As the oldest shifters, dragons are the first line of defense for the broader shifter world, even though their numbers remain low. They are tasked with working alongside the Ancients to neutralize threats. Lord Crimson’s father knew what the reappearance of Dark Thunder and the Lightress meant and with their help, infiltrated the coalition. He gained critical information and almost reached their goal until he was betrayed by one of their own and killed. Human and shifter fatalities rise, causing a ripple effect in the global shifter community.

Dragon Master Crimson is a Master Thief with a waiting list of trainees vying to enter his school. He and his father hadn’t spoken in almost five years over a dispute within the council over using technology to assist in heists to find and take the treasure. When his father reaches out to him, he’s surprised. But finding his father’s head, surprises him more. He’s not ready to become a Master Dragon but to avenge his father, he takes on the mantle and title. Now he’s crossing the continent in search of clues that will stop those out to destroy shifters and find answers regarding his father’s death. Nyla Turner is a breedable, a genetically altered female capable of giving birth to dragon-shifters, except, she’s sterile and it’s messing up her life. Desperate to have a child she agrees to accompany Crimson to find the solution to her problem. With her private agenda, she’s not concerned about Crimson’s problems but her boyfriend drags Crimson into their romance and sparks fly!
